I claim UC but currently on maternity leave and due to have my baby next week.

Do I need to inform them? Prior to maternity leave I was working full time, do I still tell them?

Yes you need to inform them I think after 26 weeks it should be

Yes I think it's 28/29 weeks and you need to submit matb1 form. It benefits you to tell them because then any work commitments will be turned off. When your pay drops to just smp then if they don't know you have had a baby, they will be calling you in to have interviews and asking you to look for more hours possibly ( depending on partners earning also ).
