Cauliflower rice is a healthy alternative.

Noodles, standard or rice.

A load of stir fried mixed veg, and you don’t need any more exotic flown-in veg, just about any will do. A very quick fry, 2 tbsps each of oyster sauce and water, one of soy sauce, done.
