Does anyone have a Halo capsule vacuum cleaner?

I need a new cordless hoover, and these appear to have great reviews. I hate my current bagless one as I spend more time emptying it than using it so like the thought of going back to bags, but would love to know if anyone has one.

Did you buy one? I don't know whether to go for the Henry Quick or the Halo.

I am in a battle to get a part-refund, at least, from Halo Capsule, as within 15 months of use, the vacuum head hose had broken, meaning I could only use it with duct tape wound around it. They have been saying, since December, that a new head is on order but there are delays at the supplier. Looking at Review Pilot, it's not uncommon. They keep offering to let me buy a completely new Halo for about £60, but I don't want to pay more.
