Stansted between Christmas and New Year

We are going to Iceland for New Years, very excited. We have never flown over the Christmas holidays or from Stansted before. Fast Track Security passes are £32 for all 4 of us. We are flying at 11am. Are they worth it? I dont want to spend the money to find im being fast tracked passed a non existent queue.

I live 10 mins from Stansted and fly regularly from there. We always get them as the security is very slow. I think for the sake of £32 it's worth taking the risk. Also passport control as well. Have waited over 1 hour on more than one occasion.
