Do you really need to book tickets? I’m going there alone today and was rather looking forward to being relaxed about the time.

There not many slots left so I'd book something now just in case

Yes! The wait outside looked mad without tickets when we went. We had tickets but I they let us in about an hour earlier than time so I guess may be generally flexible

It's end of some half term breaks today too.

There was a two hour queue to get in on Thursday (it was raining). You had to queue whether or not you had booked tickets to see the Roman Legion exhibition.

That’s what I needed to push me- talk of a massive wait without tickets. I can always find a cafe if I’m early.
