I ring my elderly friend a couple of times a week on WhatsApp - it's the only app she can use for video calls - but she's so hard of hearing she struggles to hear me.
I've suggested head phones (which interfere with her hearing aids so that wouldn't work) because apparently you can't use Bluetooth speakers with WhatsApp video?
But what she really needs is something she can just plug into the phone to amplify the sound, she's got an old IPhone XS I gave her so we can call each other, but it has a lightening port rather than a headphone port, I can't seem to find a speaker that will plug in for her? Anyone got any ideas?
