The last few days my son has been complaining of tummy ace , he's not constipated

He's refused to eat breakfast the last few morning, but has eaten lunch and dinner and snacks etc,

He seems OK in himself but is a little pale

I'm an person to worry, should I be concerned ? He has had a few different bugs over the last few weeks with temperatures, but does not have a temperature nor has he the last few days

As he's eating, I'd just let it pass. Chances are he has a small tummy bug that's coming and going in symptoms and he'll soon be rid. If it persists beyond two weeks, then I'd get a GP appt.

If he reduces his intake drastically or stops eating, then a trip to the GP or urgent treatment centre.

Is he worried about something? My youngest went through a period, when his two older Siblings had moved onto senior school, of having tummy ache first thing in the morning but was fine once he got there. I really understood it better when I was in a job I hated and had felt ‘funny’ every morning before I left home. Your son may be feeling a little anxious first thing about going to school, a friend situation, new teacher or activity, but forget all about it once he is there and busy. Just a thought and hopefully it will go away.
