Yes there's a Soho Coffee Company in the food court area next to M&S xx

There is one upstairs in the massive Next

There's Everards Meadows that's been added not too long ago. They do hot drinks. It's meant to be a beer hall, but it doesn't have that vibe at all. It's actually quite a striking venue and it has a little bit of green space around it.

It's a bit of a trek from the M&S side to walk through.

There’s a Starbucks, a Dunkin Donuts, Soho Coffee, a Costa in Next, a few more cafe type places in the food hall.

Tonnes in the food court inc costa. Costa in next and also Dunkin's and Starbucks on the new side near to next. You're spoilt for choice! Plus a lovely one in everards as another poster said but it means driving back out again.
