I've already taken babe to gp who said something about infantile eczema and blocked tear ducts, my toddler had a blocked tear duct and she didn't have this just gunk in her eye.
Baby is 11 days old and has these spots that seem to have spread all over her eyelid, her eyelid is swollen too, any ideas ??

I'd say it's just her skin 'settling.' Lots of babies get tiny milia and bumps in their skin. They do disappear.

HV here. Does look like millia to me.

I’d probably ask the health visitor or nurse.

GP could swab it if you asked.

Looks like normal baby skin to me all my 4 had that, I used to just wipe over there eyes daily with cooled boiled water and cotton wool when there were small, I think it's just a mixture of natural skin oils etc that cause it and they just clear on there own

Thanks all. Doctor didn't think it was milia, they almost look like styes in real life. Her eyelid isn't as swollen today though so hopefully it's getting better
