Do I need a purse?

I recently lost my purse. It was a lovely "granny" purse with slots for cards, flat bit for notes and zipped bit for coins. It was lovely but big.

Anyhow, it's been a few weeks since I lost it. I haven't needed cash since and mostly use ApplePay. I probably need some sort of purse for the occasions I need some cash, but I don't really know what kind of thing to get. I have very few cards that don't go in Apple wallet, but do have a couple which I use regularly. I also need to have a card to pay for things on the awful online system school uses where I have to input card details every single transaction.

What does everyone else use? Granny purse? Something little that's tricky to get your things in and out? Given it up completely?

I’ve just got a very small card purse, I got it from aspinal a few years ago.
i don’t really have much cash on me in person.
However I rarely need it and tend to just have a phone and keys in a pocket, rarely take a bag with me anywhere either.

I tried going without but found that I had more cards than I thought and ended up with change tucked into many pockets and bags.

I'm back to a normal granny purse

I use a man's wallet, it's almost a square shape. I don't use my phone for payments and have about 20 cards in there. I have a separate zipped purse for cash. Typically I carry about £70 cash in notes and coins. I also have a disabled bus pass in a separate card holder, with about £40 in notes folded that I only use in case of emergencies. Oh and I also have a rolled up £20 in a little closed tube that is attached to my keys, for real emergencies.
