Sunday morning I was dropping my gran back home and then going to the train station.
Went on Uber and added the two drop points and was given a price of £23.88
So accepted
Uber came and roads were dead,no traffic at all.
Got to grans and walked her to the door and was no more than 4 minutes.
Got back in car and off to train station
Got to train station and out I get.
Check Uber on the train and he has charged me £38.90
So he added a extra £15 on to the fare
No explanation why just £15 added
£15 for less than 4 minutes at drop off point?
We were outside waiting for Uber and got straight in when it arrived also.
I'm fuming and never happened before
Is this a scam to get more money
Or is £15 for a 4 min drop off point stop normal ?
