Sertraline- how does it make you feel?

I went to the doctors today for depression and being overwhelmed.
She prescribed me Sertraline 100mg.
I've never taken it before and it seems to have a long list of side effects.
If you take it, how does it make you feel?
Any side effects? How long to kick in?

Sorry - God as if my pp wasn't long enough - meant to also say... I didn't have any counselling. The GP offered it and I initially said no but then agreed and I was put on a waiting list but never got a call back (perhaps I am still on a waiting list somewhere!) I didn't need it, but I think CBT is recommended to be used in parallel to Sertraline.

Like I could function and have a life again!
Affected sex drive but mental health wins everytime

Didn’t make me feel anything different and no side effects.

It makes me feel like a human being. I would be dead without it.
I take it in the morning, first thing.
