Hi, Long story short - pursued rogue ex-LL in courts for 3 x deposit and was awarded. Gave him extra time to pay. he refused. This was 6 months ago. Applied for an interim charging order on the property which was granted. Now I need to apply to the Land Registry to register the charge but unsure of what i need to write in Section 11 of the UN1 form. Are there any solicitors/conveyancers who could help please? I am a litigant in person on a low income so don't have money for legal representation.
