Hi

Adult DD (early 20's) is on Bumble, but she's getting a bit down over the lack of responses, and I wanted to check my understanding, if anyone knows?

We live quite rurally, but there are two cities within 20 miles so she's got the parameters set up as 20 miles. However, if the blokes she's swiping on have got their parameters set up as less, I'm guessing they won't see her?

And etiquette - there was a man she particularly liked who lives 16 miles away but works closer. She's found him on other social media, is it acceptable to contact him through that and say something along the lines of "I think I've seen you on Bumble, do you fancy going for a coffee?" or is that frowned upon?

Do not do this! If they haven't matched on Bumble, then it isn't to be. I'd find it quite stalkerish if someone did this to me....

Ohhh no! It might be he has come across her and not swiped for whatever reason. That's a bit stalkerish!! It can be really difficult if you live rurally. Maybe set her parameters a bit wider?
