Anyone remember this song?

I am trying to remember the name of a 90's band. I think they began with S and I think they were a Britpop band but not sure.

I remember - probably incorrectly because Google doesn't know what I'm talking about - some lyrics and I think the song was called Julia

"Julia, what can I do? Cos every day I look a little more like you"

I remember I heard it because it was on a compilation of indie songs around 1996. Something like Shine or something of the like.

Can anyone help or have I imagined it?
