I always had which hair as a child teenager, stayed thick with 1st pregnancy, and after, but 2nd pregnancy it became really thin and horrible, I was sick my whole pregnancy so I'm guessing this may be why, since having 2nd child I've been on a range of medication fo various health reasons so I'm unsure if this have not helped, but I'm nearly of all these medications now ,

I take multiple vitamins and look after my hair but it is still so thin 😩It's long, but thin , I get it cut regularly and maintain it and only use heat on it very rarely

Is there anything I can do to get it back to how it was before ? Or do I have to accept it will be like this forever 😭

My hair has gone very thin since the menopause. I've not had thick hair since I was young, but there was plenty of it. I've been so embarrassed, as I can see my scalp! I have just got some Extra Strength Biotin one a day capsules from Holland and Barratt after reading the reviews, so I'm really hoping they help. Maybe something like that would be worth considering?

Iron apparently, it should be over 70.

I’m in same boat as you and my DP researched for me as he knew is was getting me down. Rosemary oil with mint is meant to be good for hair growth and you can use it every day ( I am on day 2) .. but you can research it and plus lots of videos online of how to use it effectively. I used to have lovely think hair but I’m quite bald at my temples now. Good luck !

I take biotin. Seems to have an effect on my hair.

Rosemary oil really helps

I dilute about 12/12 drops in a small spray bottle of fresh water . (100ml bottle)

Shake it up and spray it on liberally at least twice a day

My hair barely sheds at all now, it's been shit since my early 40s it used to be thick and abundant 😫 but at least it isn't falling out, i am hoping it will eventually improve

Oh and I also take Biotin and florisene (iron tablets)
