So just wondering if estate agents can do this because I didn’t think they were allowed to.
I’ve been noticing homes that have been on Rightmove for a long time, disappearing for a day or two and then suddenly being ‘added today’ - totally same property that was on a few days ago but obviously re-priced.
Now I’ve not taken screen shots of every house so I can’t be sure whether prices have been altered upwards but I know that when people drop, it always says ‘reduced today’.
So are they allowed to take it off, re-jig the price and put it back on again.
Doesn’t there have to be a certain time to wait before they take it off then up price?
