Speak to your midwife - but try not to worry, millions of people do all kinds of things before they realise they are pregnant. One of the best things you can do now is seek proper medical care during your pregnancy, eat well and try your best not to worry.

Isn’t laughing gas the same as gas and air which women have used in labour safely for decades? I wouldn’t worry OP. I’m sure your midwives will be able to reassure you 😊

Laughing gas. As in Entonox? That's what women in labour have for pain relief. No harm to fetus in early pregnancy.
Please talk to your midwife though for reassurance.

I didn't find out I was pregnant until 26 weeks, I necked some amount of beer in that time. I was full of so much guilt, the gp set me up with counselling to talk it over.
