Rainforest Cafe alternatives: recommendations in London for kids' restaurant?

Just heard Rainforest Cafe in London has shut down - so sad to hear that! Was going to take my 5 year old son there in the Easter holidays on a day trip to London. Any ideas for an alternative fun place for him? Something kid friendly (he is loud and I never take him to 'nice l' restaurants for fear of disturbing people on the table next to us), but maybe a bit 'different'? Somewhere between Waterloo and the Leicester Square/ Coventry Garden area would be ideal as we are seeing a matinee.

Thanks!

Giraffe on the Southbank is very kid friendly. There is also Hard Rock Cafe in Covent Garden which is a good family restaurant.

Hard Rock Cafe is always good for novelty factor and great for kids

Brewdog Waterloo has a slide and an ice cream station!

ah What a shame I wanted to take my children here but never got round to it!

Hard Rock Cafe is so noisy you could take the loudest child in the world and not stand out . It’s also much nicer than the ‘Jungle Cave’ which is where the Rainforest Cafe used to be .
