How long to receive babies first passport?

Has anyone applied recently for a child's first passport and if so how long did it take to come approximately?!

I had a renewal that was super quick yes, about 10 days tops

Applied december 22nd and still nothing !! My oldest sons first passport came through within a week second sons passport been way over 3months
