DBS Check Address History

I currently have to undergo a DBS check for a new job, and have to provide the last 5 years of address history.

In 2021, the electoral roll incorrectly registered me to the wrong address (next door) and when I later went onto view my credit report, the bank for some reason confirmed this was my address???

I rectified this quite quickly, however it does still show on my credit report as a ‘previous address’, so I’m concerned that this could invalidate my DBS certificate as I was registered at the wrong address for a short period.

Does anyone have any experience of their DBS coming back as invalid due to a discrepancy in address history?

No you should be fine. I just had a dbs check done myself and only realized when doing it I haven't updated my address on the electoral role for 3 years. Still passed mine so you should be okay
