My sons friend. Bought a play station 5 from cex. 4 days ago . On day one when he got it home it kept turing of on its own . He's taken it back twice 1st time they apprently tested it for an hour. Handed it back saying there is nothing wrong with it. So the next time he took it back he done a video recording . And they still said well I can see what it's doing in the video. But its working here . And sent him away again . They are refusing refund . What can he do?
