I am 62 and 5 feet 2, I weigh 9 stone eight, I have a couple of big holidays coming up the 1st in 6 weeks. I have been trying to drop some weight and have lost 3 pounds.
I looked in the mirror this morning in my underwear and thought that maybe I shouldn't be focusing on weight loss as I am only unhappy with my tummy and waist, top of my right leg (don't laugh on is notably fatter than the other!) and my left upper arm looks saggy. Plus I would like my face slightly slimmer around the jawline. Everything else is fine and I look ok in clothes.
Is it possible to do something to sort this out or do I need to drop about half a stone to achieve this.
I don't want to look scrawny at my age, I was size 6 at 53 and looked ill.
