Feeling run down after virus - how to deal

Getting over Covid mark 4, or some sort of virus (the one doing the rounds causing awful sinus pain). Just starting to feel a bit more human, I hope. Very run down though and wondering how to give myself a bit of a boost? I don’t drink, or smoke, I get a bit of exercise walking my dogs, I’m not over weight, and I don’t drink caffeine - so the obvious things are covered (I think?), but I still feel knackered and rubbish. Any tips - what do you do to get healthy again after an illness?

Take Metatone tonic.
Drink lots of water.
Take things easy.

Probiotics
Be outside
Don't push yourself

Nourishing food.
Fresh air.
Plenty of sleep/rest.

It can be counter-productive to try and fast-track recovery from a virus.
