Getting over Covid mark 4, or some sort of virus (the one doing the rounds causing awful sinus pain). Just starting to feel a bit more human, I hope. Very run down though and wondering how to give myself a bit of a boost? I don’t drink, or smoke, I get a bit of exercise walking my dogs, I’m not over weight, and I don’t drink caffeine - so the obvious things are covered (I think?), but I still feel knackered and rubbish. Any tips - what do you do to get healthy again after an illness?
