As it's anonymous...I have recently discovered that my colleague, who is returning from maternity leave in February, is pregnant and will be going on her second maternity leave in May!! This will cause much consternation, as the person who was covering her first leave is not popular and people are delighted she is finishing up. This raises the possibility of her returning! This does not overly bother me as I am leaving soon myself, unbeknownst to anyone!
