Anyone else put any significance into seeing angel numbers? E.g 11:11, 333, etc.

Something rubbish happened recently and I keep seeing 11:11 everywhere. My mileage on my car ended in 1111 earlier and it was 11 degrees at the same time, supermarket total came to that (with a reduced item, hence the funny price). Keep seeing it on my phone whenever I look at the time, as well as on our kitchen oven - which is never the actual time and is a couple of hours out as we never reset it after it went off with a powercut a while ago.

I also see 22:22 a lot or variations of twos.

It's a it like when you buy a new car....a VW Tiguan for example. You'll spot them everywhere, where before you never noticed.

I have no idea what angel numbers are. If someone could explain, that would be good.

We notice 'special' numbers, ones which have some sort of pattern to them. Humans are great at spotting patterns, even meaningless ones! You've probably seen loads of other numbers today which have no significance and therefore you've not registered.

In Ashes to Ashes, Alex kept seeing the same number everywhere because that was the time she died and her brain was trying to tell her. Think she was living in purgatory until then.

I’m pretty science-based in my thinking so confirmation bias makes sense. BUT I started to see 44 so much and in really big flashy, right in my face ways, I began to think I was losing my mind! It was too weird. Mentioned it to a friend, he said he’d just loved to a no 44 house. Honestly. Don’t know what it means though so even if it is a “message”, it’s not exactly getting through! Does appear at difficult times though…

I didn't really know much about it n I'm always sceptical of most things but I do also like the idea that there is sometimes more to life n mysteries that can't always have an answer. Over the last year I kept seeing 22 everywhere. Whenever I'd press my phone it would almost always be 22 minutes past the hour. I fell pregnant n worked out the conception date was the 22nd July and I even said I think my daughter was going to be born on the 22nd April because I'd seen it so often and she was!

The only thing 1111 means for me is that it's the most memorable date in Irish history, the Synod of Ráth Breasail.
