Intense cramps 11 days before period

Why oh why am I having the worst cramps ever when I'm not due on for 11 days. Has anyone ever had this?

I get this, it’s ovulation pain

I get horrendous ovulation cramps

I never ever had ovulation pain till I turned 30, and now every two or three months I get it so bad it's crippling. Painkillers just barely take the edge off and it's all I can do to curl up and cry in bed.

Ovulation pain. I've had it since having my DDs, and it's awful. Way worse than period pain. Sometimes I have to take codeine as it's so bad!
