Has anyone used this colour? Care to share any pictures? Would be good to see it in a room or hall rather than a little swatch on my wall

We were thinking of using tranquil dawn but I can see now that's it's slightly too grey for what I was imagining

I like the fresh sage which is also on my list but that seems too dark for what I want

Both are lovely colours but of course but I want something in between

Bookmarking because I love this shade and want to put it on my south facing bathroom. Can I get it in a bathroom paint? It gets steamy, even with a window and extractor fan.

Yes, you can get it as bathroom paint. We have it in our bathroom, I love it.

It’s so difficult when you realise paint can look totally different from one persons wall to another! Hard to get good idea of what it will look like. My walls are magnolia currently, I wonder if I whitewash them first it would lighten the colour a bit?

I like it but like you couldn't use it in a hall with bad light. It's very duck egg but grey toned.

I used dulux overtly olive (lovely green) on the stairs and Egyptian cotton on the other walls.

We wanted dulux willow tree but it was neon on our walls so used tranquil Dawn and its the right colour

Remember this illusion? https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Checker_shadow_illusion So much of what we perceive of colour is relative to what's around it.

I don't think you'd perceived the difference between a white base and a magnolia base under 2 coats of Dulux. However your testers will look different against the magnolia to how they'd look against white, and much darker and "flatter" against either than they would look if you do the whole room. We've a couple of times tested against white and ended up going paler and paler until it was more apple white than a colour. That said some PPs' pics do look a lot darker than I think you're after.
