Does anyone know of any autism charities in the UK that can help me with this issue?

1. About to go to a capability meeting with my partner
2. Would like to get an autism charity to support me on this process
3. Recently diagnosed
4. Boss pretty angry with my underperformance
5. Been there for less than 2 years
