Do well:

  • regular 10000 or more steps per day
  • Exercise of some form each day
  • lots of outdoors time / fresh air / nature
  • take HRT
  • do Pilates
  • take vitamin d
  • in bed early
  • reduced stress in my life eg stopped people pleasing, achieved a good work life balance
  • don’t drink much alcohol

Getting better at:

  • Drinking water
  • cooking from scratch, reducing UPFs
  • started lifting weights this year

Still pretty awful:

  • I eat far too much sugar
  • I drink far too much coffee

I do 10,000 steps a day, exercise (including weights) 3 times a week.
Im on HRT, and take it as a prevention too.
Take my supplements daily.
See the dentist/hygenist regularly, and floss daily.
Get 5 portions of veg/fruit a day usually.
Stopped drinking.
Sleep, and a good sleep routine, is a priority.
Ive recently started drinking one green tea a day, might increase it, and actually quite enjoy it now.

My one sticky point is sugar. I love biscuits/cake/frothy coffee, but I have got better, and I think that life’s too short to not have treats.
