Posted on pregnancy choices but no replies/ traffic

found out im pregnant recently and im 100% sure i dont want to continue.
i have 3 dc and have had 5 miscarriages before 8wks.

The only clinic available that i could obtain the treatment is the same one my auntie works in. I have no reason to believe that so wouldn't be professional but i would prefer that she didn't know.
Because my history of miscarriage im wondering if i should leave it until im 8 to 10 wks? or is that a terrible idea?
Has anyone else waited to see id the pregnancy ended in miscarriage?
In Scotland so bpas etc isn't available

As early as possible, especially when you are certain it's what you want. I'm sorry you're in this position op it's pretty sucky

You may have a history of miscarriage, but you also have a history of carrying to term. I personally wouldn't be able to wait a month+ just hoping for a miscarriage.

Seeing as you're so certain, I would get the wheels in motion tomorrow. Last time I heard, you had to have two appts 5 days apart to give you time to properly think it over, but this might not be the case these days. If it has to be the clinic where your Auntie works, then so be it.

Hope you're OK xx

If you don’t want the baby you sort it out as early as possible, not leave it to chance that because you have miscarried before you will this time. There are three occasions that didn’t happen

Could you call or email the clinic(or ask a friend to) and tell them you know someone who works there and ask whether you can receive medical care without this person being aware? Perhaps they will be able to think of a solution.

If you go early you can probably terminate via the pills you take at home.

Im actually ok very thankful that i have access to safe abortion.
Dh actually made a valid point that waiting for appointments might take awhile. I'm very pro choice but never thought i would need one.
