We had a attic conversion about 3 years ago. But since then we have struggled with the back of the house where we use as storage. At first the attic felt and beams were all wet moldy and full of condensation. We added roof tiles vents to help with the condensation we have a whole house positive pressure unit running on number 2. Yet the attic is dry but the back chimney stone wall. It looks as though water is running down the entire wall. We had our chimney pointed sealed and new flashing due to a previous leak. But it seems as that the whole wall suffers with condensation in the winter. I'm running out of ideas how to solve it. The attic in insulated it had roof vents the attic door is insulated and tight. All fans from bathroom run straight to outside. All holes sealed yet the was is dripping. Any advice would be much appreciated.
