I want to send a gift to a friend living near Poole .She's quite particular in which business she patronises - not Amazon for example and is very socially minded .I don't think she'd approve of cut flowers and travel miles involved .

Has anyone any recommendations -I'm thinking something delicious to eat ,sweet or savoury .She's vegetarian

Baboo Gelato do home delivery of the most amazing ice cream made with local fruits and organic local milk. Would that work? They do really lovely ice cream chocolates which are really indulgent.

Oh that sounds good @Worldgonecrazy - I'll have a look.

The ice creams look amazing and not as expensive as I thought they'd be . And they pack in dry ice so can be left for a few hours .
And now to look at Cake or Death ..
