I'm making some bits for work and can't decide what to do!
It's for customers to help themselves to, no cost
Last time I made hobnob type biscuits and a chocolate loaf cake (nigella) that went down well

Shortbread and lemon drizzle cake?

My absolute favourite is a Victoria sandwich, preferably with raspberry jam. I'm partial to a lemon drizzle cake too.

Apple cake
Pretty much anything not too sweet

Anzac biscuits

Lemon drizzle is good too, as long as its proper drizzle, not iced normally, and it must be very lemony.

I have never made them, but Snickerdoodles sound delicious. AFAIK you make a fairly plain biscuit dough, roll it into balls, and roll it in cinnamon sugar before baking, so it has a sugary, cinnamon crust on it.

I would bake some now, and test them for you, but since I have an equator, rather than a waistline, and am trying to lose weight, baking would not be a good idea.
