DD age 3 is space mad.

I want to take ger for a day out but can't decide between space centre and think tank.

Would have to drive to space centre, but can get the train to think tank.

Think tank us 2 for 1 if getting the train, space centre has a yearly pass

Think tank has more to do for young children, space centre has a rocket.

Anyone been to both and can help me decide which one to take her to?

I’ve been to both although think tank was a long time ago - spade centre is pretty good now and lots of hands on bits. If he is space mad I would go for that!

Space centre, it’s fab.

Been to both. For a 3 year old, I'm going to say think tank and save the space centre for when they're older.

Both are fab and you'll have a great day out at either!

I like the think tank but the space centre is quite unique so I'd go there. There's a museum next door that talks about the journey of poo which is always fun for younger children.

I was pretty underwhelmed by the space centre tbh but it's over 10 years since I visited so maybe it has improved. Agree re the recommendation of the poo museum next-door though...kids seem to love it!

Been to both although the space centre was some time ago

id pick the think tank.

I was also not particularly impressed by the Space Centre but not been for years. Think Tank is fab though, loads to do, great outdoor science play area, really hands on.

Think Tank.
I don't think the Space Centre is that good, I have taken classes there and it is OK as a school trip, meets curriculum objectives but isn't a fun day out in my opinion.
