Help me pick which week to go on UK holiday!

We are looking at a caravan in North Wales for a break with our toddler.
We are having a 'low spend' year to pay off debts accrued bye to house renovations.

To go week beginning 16th September would be £169
To go week beginning 14th October would be £69

However- as much as one can't plan the weather we really would like to spend time outdoors and going for walks... Should we spend the extra £100 on the hope of milder, drier and sunnier weather or should we just accept being wet and windy?

It's ridiculous but I'm paralysed by indecision

I would go for September. October is too late for me in the UK.

I’d go for September if money wasn’t an object, but these days you can never be sure what the weathers going to do.
In your situation I’m not sure I’d be willing to gamble £100 if it really doesn’t matter when you go in other respects.

Can you go for the October date and just realise it might be horrid weather but just bundle yourselves up clothes wise and then use the £100 to buy some nice food for meals?

Either date would be fine but I’d always go for a caravan with central heating as both September and October can be cold.

we have been on caravan holidays as late as October and with the central heating it’s been ok.
