Finding out owner of home

Is there any way to find out if a home is rented, owned, housing association etc. I have a neighbour who is impossible to talk to. They spend their life high on drugs. I'm looking to sell my house but there's no way it'll happen when their outside area is as bad as it is. There's probably about 100 dog shits, the fence is down, the rendering is in awful condition, rubbish laying around etc. It's basically like a rubbish dump. There's no way I would buy a house next to it (it wasn't like this when I bought mine).

I was hoping to find out if it was rented or something so I can talk to someone who isn't on a different planet. Any ideas? I don't know my neighbour's name so looking at the land registry probably won't help.

land registry would tell you when it last changed hands, which might give you extra info.

Check the electoral register and see if that gives you the neighbours name.
Then do as PP said and very a copy of the entry on the land registry. This will tell you who owns the property. Its cost £3.
But you could also contact the local council. They might be able to do something about the up keep of the house of it is as bad as you say. Worth trying them anyway.

Check on land registry but also on right move type in the postcode and towards the bottom on the right side it’ll give you the option of checking rental prices for that postcode. See when the property was last let and if it was via an agent it’ll give you the agents info. Then call them.
