If I am entitled to 3 months full pay then 3 months half pay, how long does that take to reset?
If I have had my full allowance of sick pay, then go back to work, does it reset after a year? Or after the start of a new school year? or after the start of a new financial year?
Or does it depend on where I was this time last year, as in, is it a rolling 12 month period?
I'm off sick again, and don't know if I need to apply to ESA. No admin staff in school this week to ask.
