Mutually agreed resignation

Has anyone left the NHS under a mutually agreed resignation scheme before. Is it worth it if you are not close to retirement yet? Thanks

Hello. Did you choose to go? I have just been offered this and trying to get answers as to whether I'm entitled to job seekers allowance after 'resigning'
