What does your child's daily diet look like?

There seem to be multiple videos on FB where people show what they feed their children & I just watched one which got completely slated in the comments. So it got me curious.

Especially interested to hear from people with older boys as I have 3, ranging from 10-15 & sometimes feel like I can never fill them up & they always want junk 🙈

DS (10) trains at his sport 4 nights a week and doesn’t eat anywhere near enough for that level of activity. He is skinny but not underweight, average day below:

breakfast - weetabix/porridge/toast/pain au chocolate

packed lunch - sandwich, cheese and a biscuit

dinner - pizza/curry/tacos/pasta, he hates most ‘traditional’ British style foods like roasts etc which is quite frustrating.

snacks - crisps/chocolate/raspberries etc. He has allergies so I bake a lot for him and he loves scones and cupcakes. He will also have cereal or toast most nights before bed.

It sounds a lot but he isn’t eating all of that every day, just mostly picks and hardly finishes anything.

Porridge with fruit or granola with a piece of fruit.
Snack - fruit
Lunch provided by school
Fruit at 4pm
Vegetarian home cooked meal like quiche, daal and flat breads, veggie tray bake .

Pudding fruit and plain yogurt or home made cake
We don't do snacks other than fruit and no UPF .
