I’ll go first, I try to get out of the house at least once a day. I know this makes me feel better and gives me perspective. I try to exercise once a week and I know that eating healthy makes me feel good. What do you do for yours?

Think thoughts of gratitude each morning.
Stretches, when I have a couple of minutes [ad breaks, waiting for kettle to boil]
Walks most days, try to walk where there's greenery 2-3 times a week.
Decent fresh food, avoiding UPF's as much as possible.
Food treats; at least 2 a day.
I keep on top of house cleaning and tidiness, regular sort outs, any maintenance/decorating done asap.
Loads of time in my own company.
Contact with family.
Knitting.
Days pottering in the garden
Only watch good TV.
Read a good book.
Routine.
You tube's [music, talks etc.] which make me smile/laugh, inform, and reminisce.

It all works for me. I've been through some challenging times and found how to keep mentally ok.

@seeyouinanotherlifewhenwearebothcats
i don’t listen to music when swimming
part of the pleasure for me is the total switching off and simplicity of it.
all I have in the pool is a basic cossie, hair elastic and goggles.
