Netflix maturity rating

On netflix
What maturity settings are there for children?
For example can you set it so children can just watch U? Or a 12?
Or is it one setting for children's things?
Would appreciate it if anyone knew

You set up a children’s profile and you set the ranges that can be seen - U, PG, 12, 15, 18
