Pancake batter the night before?

Can you make pancake batter the night before for cooking in the morning?

I often do this, a good stir and it's good to go

I'm hoping it can be kept for a few days as I have some leftover batter from yesterdays yorkies that I don't want to waste..
But yes I think it's ok overnight :-)

I’ve just made mine, sometimes do it the night before.
It’s a really old delia recipe and is totally foolproof.

I think it's better for sitting in the fridge for a few hours - I've left it overnight lots of times
