TW. Pregnancy tests getting stronger after miscarriage, please help

I miscarried last Thursday at what I think was about 5+5.

I bled really heavily with cramps for 48 hours and passed what I think was the pregnancy tissue in that time. My tests were then fading.

Top test strip is yesterday’s test.
Middle is this morning.
Bottom is just now

They are very sensitive tests (10miu) but what’s going on? Why is this evening’s a lot bolder?

I’m sure it had to be a miscarriage - my symptoms all vanished the day before the mc began and haven’t come back, the bleeding was extremely heavy and tapered off to a normal period before stopping fully today.

Now panicking about ectopic pregnancy, or that I somehow am still pregnant (can’t see how I could be with the level of bleeding).

Is it just that the tests are sensitive and levels might be different throughout the day?

Bleeding plus variable HcG readings could indicate an ectopic, but the only way to know for sure is to get to your EPU.

I hope it isn’t, but having had one previously, it’s better to know before it could become an emergency.

I echo the pp and would contact your local early pregnancy unit to get a check up.
