How do you all cope?

Maybe just me feeling like this?
We have two teenagers, I work full time, DP 4 days a week but is disabled and needs to rest. I try and keep the house reasonably clean, although the garden is another matter. We socialise a couple of times a week and I play sport once or twice a week.

No family support as nearly all our family on both sides are dead.

And I am exhausted, not physically but mentally. Sometimes I just dream of running away to a desert island and doing absolutely nothing. Anyone else?

You still go out 4 times a week though....I'd be exhausted doing that as well as working full time and raising children

I could drop the exercise, but I already feel I am far too sedentary. I have an office job.
Going out feels essential for my mental health. I want to have fun. I can't just sit in watching TV every night or in the car dropping off kids at activities.

Barely scraping by pal 😬
I’d settle for a week on my own in a premier inn, never mind a desert island.

There is various DIY that needs doing, repairs and improvements to the house, etc. Basically everything like this gets undone until it gets bad and we feel forced to do it and book annual leave to get it done.
It just feels too much.

Switched from part time to full time and I’m struggling! There’s always too much to do!
