Has anyone managed to activate it?

Every time I try I get an error message and I've been trying for months. Have spent nearly 40 hours on the phone, chat and in store with O2 and Virgin over the last two weeks and I can't face another phone call.

Yes, I just did it on the My O2 app. Took seconds....

Yes did mine with zero issues.

Yes I have activated it, but I do have huge problems with having another 02 phone contract, it confuses all the systems
