Does anyone use chase for their main buying account?

I use it as a current account and try and do most of my spending on there (other than stuff over £100 where credit card protection might be useful) for the 1% cashback. I find it generally good but the one thing that annoys me is that if I buy something online I have to log in and approve the purchase in the app, no matter how small the amount. The cafe by my work prefers online ordering but there's no signal in my office so I can never do it because chase refuses to even let me buy a £3 coffee without logging into the app and confirming the purchase.

None of my other bank accounts do this - yes for a larger purchase they sometimes ask you to put your secret password in or whatever but not for a flipping coffee or a £3 second hand book from amazon or ebay!

I tried contacting them to see if they could get rid of this or at least put a higher limit on the amount when it was needed but no luck. Is it the same for everyone else that banks with them?
