Can anyone help me find this item?! I must be being daft!

I've been looking on and off for ages for one of these, I use it to stand a decorative plate up and I have another I want to put up but I can't find any for less than like £10 each! This one has a label on that says 39p so I expected to find one cheap but I can't!

Plenty of metal ones on Amazon and Etsy. I bet Ebay might have some "vintage" ones. Otherwise would clear plastic ones do? Homebase sell them.

But I do tend to find for the kinds of things which are cheap individually, amazon is no use for them. You need to look at a hardware store or craft store most likely.
