Bully player on team

Hello, could I have some advice. My DD plays a team sport at county level. There is a player on her team that wants to tell her off for every mistake she makes. Everyone makes mistakes, it’s a team sport and the bully also makes mistakes!

Today at a game I noticed the bully
player just shouting at DD or telling her what to do!

DD is obviously a competent player at her level. They’re only young 12/13 years old. What would you do? DD doesn’t want me to say anything, but I don’t want it to impact the coaches impression of her if a team mate is calling out all her mistakes and no one else’s.

I was wondering if to ask the coach for support confidentially? Help welcome!

Honestly, just leave it. The coach is presumably watching and can see who makes what mistakes. They won’t be influenced by another child pointing out mistakes.

It makes my DD sad. Today they were umpired by an opposing team umpire.

She just wants to play her game without being harassed
