On a downer

Feel like im on a down. I have been trying really hard last few days or so to lift myself but I can't. I keep feeling upset and emotional over things I don't need to be . I think it's possibly a mix of being tired and hormones. Either way it needs to do one 😔

I know it sounds glib, but get outside (preferably where there's some greenery and a bit of sunshine). This is such a grim time of year, it's so easy to let things get on top of you, but I find a walk in the countryside helps!

Hope it passes for you soon.

Agree with @Vroomfondleswaistcoat , fresh air and sunshine always help me. This time of year is miserable and everything feels worse.

I'm not really up for going out. I don't have the energy.

A nice soak in the bath, light some candles, get cosy, watch a film? I know it's not a long term fix but it might help right now.

There's no point the kids will just bug me. It will pass anyway
